How to Find the Best Meeting Time for a Global Team
Scheduling across time zones is one of the most persistent friction points of remote work. A 9-to-5 window in New York and Tokyo share zero overlap — the only viable meeting times are early morning US or late evening Japan. The color-coded grid above makes these overlaps immediately visible.
The US–Europe sweet spot is roughly 2–5 PM Eastern, aligning with 7–10 PM Central European Time. For US–Asia meetings, accepting that one region bears an uncomfortable slot is a prerequisite for regular scheduling.
